Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
How to Initiate a Return
- Enclose a note with the return outlining your name, order number, and whether you would like a refund or an exchange (and for which colour/size)
- Pack the return carefully and securely

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or defective. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.
Exchange/Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will refund or exchange the item as requested. We will cover the cost of posting for exchanged items.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 days to your original payment method.
- Please note that shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or full refund, based on your preference.
