Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

At Peshawar Jackets, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction by delivering products of exceptional quality and craftsmanship. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it for either an exchange or a refund, our straightforward policy is outlined below:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Enclose a note with the return outlining your name, order number, and whether you would like a refund or an exchange (and for which colour/size)
  2. Pack the return carefully and securely
  3. Send to:  Peshawar Jackets, The Old Vicarage, Cholmondeley, Malpas, Cheshire, SY14 8HA
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or defective.  We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.

 


Exchange/Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will refund or exchange the item as requested.  We will cover the cost of posting for exchanged items.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 days to your original payment method.
  • Please note that shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or full refund, based on your preference.
