The Farooka Fawn Ladies Jacket. A bespoke handmade Nehru jacket with longer lines to create a tailored look. 100% wool with crisp linen linings. Each jacket is made in small batches so completely unique and with its own character. Only natural dyes are used in our jackets. The bands are handwoven into the fabric and, as they are made in small batches, may vary slightly in design.

I’ve worn it everyday since it arrived. My new country uniform.
A week earlier, I had spotted a beautiful and stylish woman wearing the Farooka Fawn on a Dorset to London train. She chatted but I didn’t bother to ask her where her gilet was from as I could tell it was authentic, a garment from a distant land that I’d not be able to procure for myself. But then a week later, I happened upon it online. Oh sweet serendipity! The quality of the cut, the wool, the tailoring, lining, buttons - all excellent. Thank you to Labrador Mistle’s mummy for the style inspiration on that train.

What a superb waistcoat. Ideal for these cooling months, it is so light and versatile wear it with jeans or pearls…. Or both!
