Measuring 260cms x 130cms (8ft 6 x 4ft 3),these beautiful throws from the Hindukush mountains are woven on looms in the traditional way. They are dyed using natural ingredients such as walnut husks, henna & pomegranate. An intricate and unsual stripe is woven into the cloth at each end in a stunning geometric design. Handmade bobbles add a gorgeous luxuriant trim.
They are perfect for beds, sofas, tables or to take on a picnic! They can even be made into curtains or for upholstery. Pair them with our matching or contrasting cushions to finish the look.
Robust and bombproof (our dogs happily lye on them), all they need is the occasional spot clean with a damp cloth and a little detergent, a brush or the very occasional dry clean.
All our products are made in small batches so the design of the stripe may vary slightly.
